Payment

PayPal is our Credit Card processor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make your payment. You may also contact us directly to make a payment if this is more comfortable for you.

When should I expect my order?

Items that are in stock in our California warehouse usually ship the same day (holidays and weekends excepted). Items that are in stock at Atlanta, GA or the Kohler, WI facility are usually shipped in 2-3 days. You will be notified if items are on backorder and provided current lead-time. By selecting Standard Shipping we will ship your order via US Post and you should receive your shipment in 2-10 days depending on your location. We do not ship outside the U.S.

Fed-Ex and UPS Shipments

By selecting the FedEx or UPS shipping options, we will do our best to process your order the same day from California. In cases where the product is only available from Hansgrohe, GA or Kohler, WI we can not guarantee orders will ship on the same day it is placed. When your order has shipped you will be notified and provided the tracking number when applicable. If you know that there will not be anyone available to sign for a package, please let us know and we will arrange for the package to be left on your front porch. If you have any questions about shipping methods, please contact us directly.

Returns

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product and provide the details for your request. Please hold onto the original boxes and packaging. Special order items may be charged a restocking fee. Item must be in original packaging and new/sellable condition.  Items that have been installed are not returnable.

Shipping Damage

If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier and advise us within 2 business days. If you choose to accept the package, please include a note stating the condition of the package when you sign the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip.
